A former University of Alabama standout, Winston arrives from Panionios and replaces Ramunas Siskauskas, who left Panathinaikos to join CSKA Moscow last week.
Winston averaged 14.8 points and 3.2 rebounds in 26 Greek League games last season, helping Panionios to reach the Greek semifinals. Winston started his European career in Spain with Gran Canaria after a standout college career at UA, where he helped his school reach the NCAA Tournament elite eight in 2004.
