UA men’s doubles team ranked 37th

TUSCALOOSA | The University of Alabama’s top doubles team of Daniel Buikema and Mathieu Thibaudeau is No. 37 in the national rankings as announced by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.

The team has a 16-8 overall record and is 9-1 in dual matches from the No. 1 position.

Last year, the pair made its debut in the ITA rankings at No. 35 on Feb. 21. They peaked at No. 23 on April 30, and ended the season ranked No. 26.

The 20th-ranked Crimson Tide is back in action Sunday at home against No. 56 Indiana. The match is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. at the UA Varsity Courts.
