University of Florida head coach Urban Meyer answers a question in the Wynfrey Hotel during SEC Media Days in Hoover.

"We've got a very good team coming back," Meyer said about the 2008 Gators. "Seven wins come from talent. Discipline will get you eight to nine wins. Leadership is what it takes to get great things from your team.

"When I was younger, 25 or so, I didn't realize how important leadership was" Meyer said.

He praised his offensive line and reiterated how important it is for the offense to have someone other than Tim Tebow lead the team in rushing.

Last season's Heisman trophy winner rushed for 895 yards en route to becoming the first sophomore to ever win the award.

Florida went 9-4 last season and opens the season hosting Hawaii on Aug. 30.
