Alabama picked third in SEC Western Division race

HOOVER | The University of Alabama was picked to finish third in the Southeastern Conference Western Division at SEC Media Days.
Florida was voted as the preseason favorite to win the SEC championship.
Auburn was picked first in the division in the annual poll of media members attending the event at the Wynfrey Hotel, followed by LSU. Mississippi State was fourth, followed by Ole Miss and Arkansas.
Florida was picked to win the Eastern Division, with Georgia second. Tennessee was picked to finish third, followed by South Carolina, Kentucky and Vanderbilt.
Georgia finished second overall in the poll to win the league, followed by Auburn. LSU, Tennessee and Ole Miss received one vote each.
