54° RAIN, UA gymnastics coach to speak at conference

Sarah Patterson, the University of Alabama women's gymnastics coach, will be the luncheon speaker at the fourth annual Women in Business Council Empowerment Conference and Awards Luncheon on Tuesday at the University Church of Christ, 1200 Julia Tutwiler Drive.
The conference, sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama, begins at 9 a.m. with workshops that will cover health and wellness along with workplace issues.
The luncheon will follow at 12:15 p.m. and will conclude with the naming of winners for the annual Bright Future, Defining Woman, Trailblazer and Achievement awards.

The cost for the workshops and luncheon is $59 for chamber members and $79 for nonmembers. The cost for just the luncheon is $25 for chamber members and $30 for nonmembers.
