Tuscaloosa Police

Thefts

An air conditioning unit was taken from a home in the 2600 block of 11th Avenue between 7:50 and 9:10 a.m. Thursday.

An Acer laptop computer was taken from a property in the 1300 block of 37th Street East between 1 and 3 p.m. Wednesday.

Burglaries

A microwave, a television, a Dell desktop computer and shoes were taken from a home in the 2700 block of 10th Avenue between 12:05 p.m. Tuesday and 9:45 p.m. Wednesday.

A burglar cut the screen to a window open to gain access

to a home in the 2600 block of

Willow Ridge Way between

2:50 and 3:10 a.m. Thursday,

but took nothing.

A television and a cable box were taken from a home in the 500 block of 18th Street between 10:40 p.m. Wednesday and

6:30 a.m. Thursday.

A burglar broke a window to gain access to a home in the 1300 block of 13th Avenue between 4:30 and 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, but took nothing.

An Xbox video game console and games were taken from a home in the 5000 block of Old Montgomery Highway between noon Oct. 30 and 11 a.m. Sunday.

Vehicle break-ins

A purse and its contents were taken from a gold 2003 Saturn Ion in the 2600 block of McFarland Boulevard East between 5:40 and 10:10 p.m. Wednesday.

A CD player was taken from a yellow 1990 Nissan 300ZX in the 5000 block of Cypress Creek Avenue East between 8 p.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday.

Thefts

A Craftsman yard tractor was taken from a home on Lee Bonner Road, Elrod, at 2 p.m. Thursday.

A pocketknife, a Sony digital camera, forms of identification, collectible coins and a Motorola cell phone were taken from a home on Hargrove Road East, Cottondale, between 9 and

10:30 a.m. Oct. 14.

A Glidden paint sprayer was taken from a home on Marion Oaks Drive between 6 p.m. Oct. 31 and 9 a.m. Sunday.

A male boxer dog and a female bull mastiff were taken from a home on Heritage Drive, McCalla, between 9 p.m. Oct. 4 and 6 a.m. Oct. 5. The male has been neutered and the female has been spayed.

Vehicle break-ins

A TomTom GPS navigation system, a Nikon digital camera, a brown purse and money were taken from a vehicle on Sand Stone Drive between noon and 2:30 p.m. Sept. 21.
