The Crimson Tide will kick-off their annual A-Day Game at 2:00 p.m. with ESPN coverage. Several schools in the SEC have their annual scrimmages this weekend with numerous recruits penciled in on the various schools' unofficial visitors list.

The Tide commitments and signees who are expected include Quinton Dial, Deion Belue, Adrian Hubbard, Brandon Ivory, Keiwone Malone, Alfy Hill, Arie Kouandjio, Nick Perry, C.J. Mosley, Harrison Jones, Jay Williams, Darryl Collins, Malcolm Faciane, Shannon Brown, Danny Woodson, Jr. and Brent Calloway.

The Peach State has several players visiting with at least a couple who plan to take their mom along on the trip. Fans are anxious to learn the results of the unofficial visits of Gabe Wright and Isaiah Crowell from Carver High School in Columbus. Deion Bonner is expected to visit who is a teammate and 2012 cornerback.

Others who are penciled in for the weekend include Quan Bray, Scout.com four-star running back from Calloway High School in Hogansville, Xzavier Dickson, four-star defensive end from Griffin High School, and Damian Swann, four-star cornerback from Grady High School in Atlanta.

The state of Tennessee is well represented with several players including tight end Cameron Clear from Central High School in Memphis, Artaves Gibson, running back from Mitchell Road High School in Memphis, and Jabriel Washington, Scout.com four-star cornerback from Trinity Christian Academy in Jackson.

The Sunshine State may see at least one commitment in the near future from Ha'Sean Clinton-Dix, Scout.com five star safety from Dr. Phillips High School in Orlando. Dee Hart, four-star running back, may join his teammate in title town this weekend.

Bobby Hart, Scout.com four-star offensive tackle from St. Thomas Aquinas, has a strong relationship wiith coach Bobby Williams and may visit Tuscaloosa.

The University of Alabama is battling the Magnolia State of Mississippi for a few recruits for the weekend with the Rebels and Bulldogs both holding their spring games. Several recruits are penciled in at all three schools for unofficial visits with coaches hoping to see their faces on campus which includes South Panola High School's Nick Brassell and teammate Isaac Gross; Central High School in Madison Tobias Singleton and Darion Arrington from Stone High School in Wiggins.

Tide fans are eager to see the performance of freshman quarterback Phillip Sims who was rated a Scout.com five-star upon his early arrival in January. His former teammate, wide receiver Quinta Funderburk from Oscar F. Smith in Chesapeake, Va., is expected on campus this weekend.

South Carolina is always blessed with a few elite prospects who seem to find their way to Tuscaloosa at least once during a recruiting cycle. Phillip Dukes, Scout.com four-star defensive tackle from Manning High School, is a possibility to surface at Bryant Denny Stadium.

The in-state uncommitted prospects is a toss up with several having to make a choice between the Tide and Tigers. The two SEC programs like to battle 24/7 and this weekend is no different with both intra-squad scrimmages on the same day. It's not always a choice of preferred school for a recruit to visit, but the best transportation for the weekend.

Several tentatively scheduled for Tuscaloosa include Robert Terrell, from Russellville High School, Devaunte Sigler, from B.C. Rain, Eric Dixon and Thomas Williams from Vigor High School along with several underclassmen teammates.

LaMichael Fanning, Scout.com four-star defensive end from Auburn High School, is expected in Tuscaloosa along with teammate Caleb Peterson who is an offensive lineman in the class of 2013.

Look for the classes of 2012 and 2013 to have prospects scattered all across the campus this weekend as well.
