As the weather heats up, so has Alabama recruiting. With the first high school camp being held last weekend, this week featured a bunch of new offers for Alabama recruits. Here is the latest updates on Alabama’s recruiting. All star ratings and rankings come from the 247Sports composite:

-Inside linebacker Noah Sewell, received his first offer of his recruiting cycle. Alabama is the first school to offer the 2020 prospect from Saint George, Utah, despite interest from other programs.

His older brother Penei Sewell, attended a camp at the University of Alabama on June 4 and is one of Alabama’s top recruits. He is a four-star prospect in the 2018 class. Penei Sewell is an offensive lineman and the 59th-ranked prospect.

Antonio Alfano, a five-star defensive tackle and the number 12 ranked recruit nationally visited Alabama on Friday. His visit culminated with Alabama offering him a full scholarship. While Penn State and Notre Dame have been in the driver’s seat for the 6-4, 266-pound defensive lineman, Alabama’s offer may change the game for Alfano.

The Oradell, NJ native currently holds 18 offers and his recruiting should remain a hot topic until he picks a school.

-A 2020 recruit, Dawson Ellington was one of the recruits to attend the camp at Alabama from June 4-6 and impressed the staff enough to get an offer. The 5-11, 180-pound athlete also has offers from two other SEC programs, LSU and Tennessee. Ellington has also unofficially visited Auburn, according to 247Sports.

-Three-star cornerback Jaylon Reed attended the camp as well. One day before attending the camp, Reed decommitted from Tennessee. 247 predicts the 6-1, 170-pound CB will ultimately choose Ole Miss. He doesn’t currently have an Alabama offer.

Davis also has an offer from LSU.

-Four-star safety and LSU commit Nadab Joseph not only picked up an offer from Alabama, but also posted a picture he took with Nick Saban on Twitter during the camp.
