The team worked on the back practice fields on a steamy afternoon in Tuscaloosa when the temperature was 88 with a feels-like of 96. Here is what I saw during the media viewing period.

Inside linebackers

Rashaan Evans was back on the practice fields. He went through full drill work during the media viewing period. Some have speculated that Evans could move outside given how well Keith Holcombe has played early this season, but today he worked inside. Shaun Dion Hamilton led the drills with Holcombe next followed by Evans, Dylan Moses and Mack Wilson. Moses missed Saturday’s game after being “dinged.”

Outside linebackers

Anfernee Jennings was moving around during drills but he stood outside the drills doing agility work. He’s still moving a little gingerly on that ankle. But him being out there is a positive sign that he’s getting close. Jamey Mosley led the drills followed by Mekhi Brown, Christopher Allen, Joshua McMillon and LaBryan Ray.

Offensive line

The offensive line remains the same until we’ve seen. Jonah Williams at left tackle, Ross Pierschbacher at left guard, Bradley Bozeman at center, Lester Cotton at right guard and Matt Womack at right tackle.
