Alabama’s 2018 class has 11 players after Vernon Jackson’s commitment earlier this month. 247Sports composite currently has the Crimson Tide with the 24th class in the country. Alabama still has offers out to some top recruits, and it added some more players for the future. All star ratings and rankings come from the 247Sports composite:

Four-star defensive end Savion Jackson announced on Twitter that he had received an offer from Alabama. Jackson is the No. 50 prospect in the 2019 class. The 6-3/245-pound end is the No. 2 player from North Carolina and the No. 5 strong-side end. Jackson also holds offers from Penn State, Virginia Tech and Tennessee to this point.

Four-star cornerback Cam’Ron Kelly announced that he received an offer from Alabama. Kelly is the No. 3 player from Virginia in the 2019 class and the No. 11 corner in his class. The 6-1/190-pound defensive back is a native of Chesapeake, Va. 247Sports’ crystal ball has Kelly going to Virginia, but there is still plenty of time for that to change. Kelly could be a Minkah Fitzpatrick type of player with his size and skill set, if he decides on Alabama.

Four-star offensive tackle Pierce Quick announced on Twitter that he had received an offer from Clemson. Quick committed to Alabama on April 22. The 6-5/285-pound tackle is the No. 4 tackle in the 2019 class and the No. 2 player from Alabama. The Trussville native has been at both home games so far this year for Alabama.

Four-star running back Trey Sanders announced on Twitter that he had received an offer from Oklahoma. Sanders committed to Alabama on April 16. The 5-11.5/216-pound back is the No. 3 running back in the 2019 class and the No. 5 player from Florida. By the time Sanders gets to campus, the running back crowd will have broken up a little bit, with Damien Harris and Bo Scarbrough either going to the NFL or graduating.

Four-star offensive tackle Tommy Brown announced he would take his official visit to Alabama on Sept. 29. Brown is already an Alabama commit, committing on July 21. The 6-6.5/313-pound tackle is the No. 14 offensive tackle in his class and the No. 26 player from California.
