Former Alabama defensive lineman Marcell Darius was traded from the Buffalo Bills to the Jacksonville Jaguars on Friday. The Bills receive a sixth round pick in return.

Darius was the No. 3 overall pick in the 2011 draft. He has 300 total tackles in his career and 35 sacks in his seven years in the NFL. His best season came in 2013 when he finished with 71 total tackles.
In his two seasons at Alabama Darius finished with 66 tackles and 11 sacks.
He is coming off his best game of the season, where he finished with five tackles in the Bills’ 30-27 win over the Buccaneers.
