Alabama’s top-ranked recruiting class for 2019 landed its 21st commitment on Wednesday night when offensive guard Darrian Dalcourt announced his pledge to the Crimson Tide. He made his announcement on his Twitter account, @darrian_d.

Dalcourt is a four-star prospect ranked as the No. 327 overall prospect in the 2019 class according to the 247Sports composite. He’s the No. 14 offensive guard and the No. 6 player in Maryland.
He’s also the third commitment for Alabama’s class from the state of Maryland. Linebacker Shane Lee and safety DeMarcco Hellams are the Nos. 2 and 3 players in the state of Maryland according to the 247Sports composite. Offensive coordinator Mike Locksley was a primary recruiter for all three of the commitments from Maryland. Alabama also landed five-star linebacker Eyabi Anoma from Maryland in the 2018 class.
Dalcourt is listed at 6-foot-3 and 290 pounds. He’s the fourth offensive line commitment for Alabama’s 2019 class. He also held offers from Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State, Michigan State and Tennessee, among others.
