Alabama has once again ascended to the top of 247Sports’ 2019 team recruiting rankings. The Crimson Tide was in second place but regained the No. 1 ranking after industry player ratings were updated and Georgia, which previously held the top spot, lost several commitments.

Alabama boasts a recruiting score of 287, while Texas A&M is second with a score of 286.94. Georgia is now third with a score of 281.64.

Several recruits visited Tuscaloosa last weekend for Alabama’s 39-10 win over Missouri.

One of the highest-rated recruits on campus was Bryan Bresee, the No. 1 player and defensive tackle in the class of 2020.

4-star 2020 running back Roydell Williams retweeted a post announcing he would be visiting Tuscaloosa this past weekend.

2021 defensive end Travion Ford posed with Alabama defensive line coach Craig Kuligowski on his visit.

Current Alabama commit and 4-star 2020 cornerback Malachi Moore seemed to enjoy his visit.

5-star 2019 defensive lineman Ishmael Sopsher, the No. 1 defensive tackle in his class, visited Alabama, according to multiple reports. 4-star 2020 athlete Kristian Story also traveled to Tuscaloosa, according to reports.

Alabama basketball hosted a major recruit last weekend as well in 4-star 2019 center Drew Timme. Timme is ranked the No. 11 center and No. 5 player from Texas.
