Add another list for Tua.
Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has been named to the Davey O’Brien Award watch list on Tuesday. The Crimson Tide QB was put on the Maxwell Award watch list on Monday.
Tagovailoa was a semifinalist for the O’Brien Award last year. He won the Maxwell Award last year
Tagovailoa passed for an Alabama single-season record 43 touchdowns and 3,966 yards while recording 4,156 yards of total offense.
The Davey O’Brien Award is presented annually to the nation’s best college quarterback and is the oldest and most prestigious national quarterback award.
