Four-star defensive back Javier Morton decommitted from Alabama’s 2020 class Wednesday afternoon, per his Twitter account. He spent the summer visiting schools such as Georgia Tech, Clemson, Florida and Tennessee.

Morton originally committed to Alabama in December 2017. Alabama still has two safeties in the class, Morton’s fellow Georgian Brian Branch and Malachi Moore from Hewitt-Trussville High School, both four-star prospects.
Alabama now has 22 players committed to its 2020 class. This year’s early signing period is from Dec. 18 to Dec. 20.
