University of Alabama junior wide receiver Jerry Jeudy has yet to make his status for the 2020 NFL Draft known, but he has announced his status for the Citrus Bowl.

Jeudy tweeted Friday night that he will play in the bowl game, saying in the tweet, “There’s no reason to not play!!!!”

Jeudy will enter the Citrus Bowl with 959 receiving yards, 41 yards away from the 10th 1,000-yard receiving season in UA history — including DeVonta Smith’s 1,200 yards this season.

Jeudy won the Biletnikoff Award last season and was a semifinalist for it this season. He is often rated as a first round draft pick for 2020, if he chooses to forego his senior season and enter the draft.

UA starts bowl practice on Monday.
