Four-star defensive tackle Bobby Brown flipped his commitment from Alabama to Texas A&M on Wednesday morning.
Brown’s decision ends a back-and-forth between the schools. He had originally been committed to A&M before flipping to Alabama in December.
Brown unofficially visited Alabama last on Jan. 20, but an unofficial visit to A&M on Feb. 3 helped sway Brown’s decision to flip back.
The 6-4, 282-pound defensive lineman is from Arlington, Texas and will end up staying in his home-state. He’s a major flip for first-year coach Jimbo Fisher in College Station.
Another Alabama commitment from Texas, four-star defensive end Vernon Jackson, also decommitted from Alabama last night. The Crimson Tide has now lost two of its four commitments entering National Signing Day.
