The team worked outside on an overcast day in Tuscaloosa. Here is what I noticed during the media viewing period.
Cross training
Rashaan Evans and true freshman Dylan Moses worked with the outside linebackers during the pass-rush drills. Both Evans and Moses moved back with the inside linebackers when the drill was over. Clearly, both are working on their pass-rush ability. Both could be candidates for the Dime-Rabbit package where an outside linebacker work as edge pass rushers. Ben Davis was with the inside linebackers after working with the outside linebackers all of spring.
Secondary
The first group remained the same with Trevon Diggs and Anthony Averett at the corner spots. Tony Brown was the Star and Ronnie Harrison and Minkah Fitzpatrick were the safeties.
