If you missed it, here are our previous predictions:
Heisman winner & Alabama’s toughest game
Alabama’s MVP and breakout star
SEC Championship game
Alabama over Florida
I almost took the wild flyer on South Carolina because the East is crazy. But Florida has talent and an SEC schedule with only three real road games (thanks, LSU). Plus the Gators have the best kicking tandem in the SEC and that always seems to matter.

Alabama over Florida
Put me down for another anticlimactic championship game. Alabama has the best roster in the SEC and Florida just isn’t equipped to match the Crimson Tide.
-Aaron Suttles
Alabama over Florida
Why should this year be any different? I’ll keep picking Florida to win the East until someone proves me wrong. And I’ll keep picking Alabama to beat the SEC East champion until, well… maybe I’ll just keep picking Alabama indefinitely.
-Tommy Deas
Alabama over Georgia
A third straight year of Alabama beating Florida would be a horrible bore. The SEC East seems to be rebuilding, and Georgia needs to take a step up for the division to improve. Here’s guessing that Nick Chubb and Sony Michel will beat a lot of teams down, and Jacob Eason will make plenty of plays too.
-Ben Jones
Alabama over Georgia
Running back Nick Chubb returns. Sony Michel is right there with him. And, now, sophomore quarterback Jacob Eason has freshman Jake Fromm competing for his stop as motivation. In addition, the Bulldogs return 10 defensive starters. Kirby Smart can make things happen in second season as head coach. That doesn’t mean the former Alabama defensive coordinator will defeat his old boss, Nick Saban.
