Alabama hit the practice field for the first of the week in preparation for Florida State. The team worked indoors. Here is what I saw during the media viewing period.
Raekwon Davis was not spotted during the media viewing period. Davis was hit by a stray bullet during an early-morning shooting outside of a Tuscaloosa bar.
Josh Jacobs went through a couple of drills but later he was seen with head athletic trainer Jeff Allen. Brian Robinson and Ronnie Clark wore No. 9 to simulate Florida State’s Jacques Patrick.
The nickel defense remained the same with Minkah Fitzpatrick at Star, Trevon Diggs at left corner, Anthony Averett at right corner, Hootie Jones and Ronnie Harrison at safety.
