Alabama was wearing full pads and practicing inside today as it continued preparation for Arkansas on Saturday.
- Defensive back Tony Brown (knee) was not seen at practice today. Yesterday we saw him leaving in a black jersey as the media made its way outside.
- Did not see defensive end Da’Shawn Hand (knee) either. The defensive line was outside to start practice and on the far end of the fieldhouse but he wasn’t at practice yesterday either.
- Wide receiver Calvin Ridley (thigh) practiced for the second straight day.
- Alabama was repping its nickel package during the open portion like we normally see. But in the last two years when the Arkansas game has come, UA spent significantly less time (if any at all) in its dime package. I haven’t seen them working on the dime package yet this week, but we’ll check tomorrow.
- Chancellor Ray Hayes was at practice today.
