Speaking at the Birmingham Monday Morning Quarterback Club, Alabama coach Nick Saban said he expects senior defensive end Da’Shawn Hand to practice this week.
Hand has missed three games since suffering a knee ligament injury in a win over Ole Miss on Sept. 30.
“Da’Shawn will be working out all week,” Saban said. “We do expect him to be able to practice. We’ll see how it goes to see if he’s ready to play in the next game.”
Sophomore running back Josh Jacobs sustained a minor ankle injury against Tennessee but is expected to be fine for the LSU. Jacobs just recently recovered from a hamstring injury that limited him early in the season.
