The team worked outside as it continues preparation for the Iron Bowl. The temperature was a perfect 55 degrees for the players.

The big news of the media viewing period was that injured linebackersĀ Terrell Lewis, Christian Miller and Mack Wilson returned to practice in black non-contact jerseys. Lewis and Miller were injured during the Florida State game and were presumed lost for the season. After intense rehabilitations, both are back. Of course, Miller suffered a torn biceps muscle and Lewis sustained a ligament tear in his elbow. Wilson suffered a foot injury in the LSU game that required surgery. It’s important to remember that though they practiced it doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll play Saturday. However, it is positive injury news for a team that has been besieged with negative injury news this season.

Ross Pierschbacher was also at practice, repping with the second-team offensive line.

UA coach Nick Saban will meet with the media at approximately 6 p.m. and he is expected to give an update on all three players.
