Alabama offensive lineman Dallas Warmack will transfer, he announced in a post on Twitter on Thursday morning.
Warmack redshirted in 2017. He spent the 2015 and 2016 seasons as a backup guard, but never started a game. He worked with the third team offensive line in spring practice. He’ll have two seasons of eligibility remaining.

Warmack’s older brother, Chance, was a first-team All-American at Alabama in 2012 and a two-time All-SEC pick. He was part of Alabama’s national championship teams in 2009, 2011 and 2012. He was chosen with the 10th overall pick in the 2013 NFL draft and was on the Eagles’ roster this season for their Super Bowl win.
Losing Warmack leaves Alabama at the 85-scholarship limit for the 2018 season, according to the TideSports Eligibility Tracker.
