Alabama enters the early signing day with the No. 1 class in the 247Sports Composite, but there’s sure to be some twists and turns as players sign, flip, and announce their decisions.

5:36 – The day’s 22nd and FINAL letter of intent arrives from 5-star offensive tackle Evan O’Neal.

12:01 p.m. – Offensive lineman Amari Kight, a high school teammate of Taulia Tagovailoa, has sent his letter of intent.

11:58 – Signee No. 20 is defensive back Jeffery Carter.

11:37 – Another Baltimore-area signee is in: This is LB Shane Lee.

11:31 – Baltimore-area offensive guard Darrian Dalcourt has officially signed.

11:28 – You’ll know this name: 4-star QB Taulia Tagovailoa has sent his letter of intent to Alabama.

11:16 – Four-star DB Demarcco Hellams is on board now.

11:12 – Defensive lineman Justin Eboigbe has sent his letter of intent.

9:42 – OLB King Mwikuta has faxed in his paperwork to Alabama.

9:38 – The nation’s top kicker, Will Reichard, has sent his letter of intent.

9:14 – Offensive lineman Tanner Bowles of Kentucky has made his commitment official.

8:43 – Jaheel Billingsley, the only tight end in the class, has sent his paperwork.

8:40 – 4-star LB Christian Harris has sent his letter of intent to Alabama.

8:33 – 4-star CB Brandon Turnage has sent his letter of intent.

8:01 – 3 more commits have signed. Jordan Battle, a 4-star safety, has his paperwork in. 4-star LB Kevin Harris also has sent his letter of intent. 4-star defensive end Braylen Ingraham is in as well.

7:18 – 5-star safety Daxton Hill, who committed to Alabama on Dec. 8 after being pledge to Michigan, signs with the Wolverines.

7:01 – 4-star safety Jordan Battle flips from Ohio State to Alabama.

6:55 a.m. – 5-star defensive lineman Antonio Alfano is the first player to sign.

6:00 a.m. – Alabama has 4 early enrollees already on campus: OT Pierce Quick, QB Paul Tyson, WR John Metchie and DL DJ Dale.
