The Alabama swimming and diving teams will close out their 2017-18 home schedule Thursday against Ohio State in the Alabama Aquatic Center. Admission is free.

The first diving event of the meet will get underway at 10 a.m., while the rest of the meet starts at noon. There will be a beach towel giveaway as well as free food from Jacks to the first 75 fans.

In addition to being the Crimson Tide’s second outing in six days, it will Alabama’s senior day. The Tide will honor 15 seniors, including eight men and seven women.

“They’ve been difference makers not only in the points that they’ve contributed in competition, but also on the leadership side of things,” UA head coach Dennis Pursley said. “It’s a class that we want to see go out in style and have a real positive finish to their careers.”

The men’s seniors including NCAA champion, All-American and CoSIDA Academic All-American Luke Kaliszak, Olympian and All-American Christopher Reid, All-American Matthew Adams, NCAA Championships squad member Will Freeman, NCAA Zone B Diving Championships squad member David Morton, SEC scorer Taylor Charles, DJ Lang and Braxton Young.

The women’s senior class is made up of All-Americans Nia Nonnenberg, Hannah Musser and Bailey Scott, NCAA Championships competitor Temarie Tomley, NCAA Zone B Diving Championships squad member Christina Lu, SEC scorer Lindsay Morrow and Paige Matherson.

Adams, Kaliszak, Morrow, Musser, Nonnenberg, Reid, Scott and Tomley have all set school records either individually or as part of relays, while Freeman and Matherson have also posted individual times that rank in Alabama’s all-time top-10.
