Friday night is Alabama gymnastics’ Senior Night in Coleman Coliseum. There are four on the team, so here’s a quick look back at their careers.
Kiana Winston’s career highs are the strongest among the seniors. She scored a perfect 10 last season on the floor exercise. She has set the bar for herself at a 9.975 on both the balance beam and uneven bars. Her vault high is a 9.9. She is also the only senior who has gone all-around this season, and her career high there is a 39.7.
Mackenzie Brannan – out with a career-ending injury sustained in February – competed just bars this season, but she’s the only other senior with all-around experience. She finishes with career highs of a 9.975 on bars, a 9.95 on vault, a 9.925 on floor and a 9.85 on beam. Her best all-around was a 39.575.
Nickie Guerrero anchors Alabama on vault, beam and floor this season. Those are also the only three events she has competed in her career. Her high marks are a 9.975 on beam, a 9.95 on vault and a 9.925 on floor, which was scored this season.
Last but not least: Jennie Loeb didn’t break into Alabama’s competitive lineup until this season. She has competed five times, posting career highs of a 9.8 on bars and a 9.65 on floor.
