COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Alabama women’s swimming and diving team scored in two events on its second day at the NCAA championships on Friday at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion on the Ohio State campus.
The 200 medley relay made up of juniors Katie Kelsoe and Justine Macfarlane along with freshman Flora Molnar and senior Bailey Scott, moved up a spot from prelims and finished 12th in finals with a time of 1:37.51.
Earlier in the night, Macfarlane took 16th in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:00.12. She advanced to finals after posting a career-best 59.69 in prelims.
