GREENSBORO, Ga. – Four Alabama men’s golfers finished below par to lead the Crimson Tide to a team total of 11-under par 277 in the opening round of the Linger Longer Invitational on Sunday. Alabama is second behind Georgia (272).

Lee Hodges shot a 5-under par 67 to end the day in a tie for fourth overall. Davis Riley, ranked sixth nationally, is in a tie for 10th after carding a 3-under 69.

Two other Crimson Tide golfers are among the top-20 individuals as Jonathan Hardee carded a 2-under 70 and Davis Shore shot a 1-under 71 for 12th and 20th place, respectively.
