The Alabama men’s track & field team remains No. 8, while the Crimson Tide women moved up one spot to No. 22 in the latest U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) outdoor rankings released Monday.

Alabama dominated the field events at the Crimson Tide Invitational last weekend in Tuscaloosa. The Tide men won the high jump, pole vault, shot put, discus and hammer throw along with the 110-meter hurdles while the women took home victories in the pole vault, long jump and triple jump as well as the 100 meters, 5,000 meters and both the 4×100- and 4×400-meter relays.

Alabama will travel to Gainesville, Fla., this week to compete in the University of Florida’s Tom Jones Invitational on April 13.
