The University of Alabama’s Riccardo Roberto won a three-set thriller Saturday against Oklahoma’s Max Stewart, taking the match by set scores of 3-6, 6-2, 6-3, to advance to Sunday’s finals of Alabama’s own Crimson Tide Four-In-The-Fall Houndstooth Draw at the Alabama Tennis Stadium. Roberto will take on Tennessee’s Pat Harper for the championship Sunday at 9 a.m.

Alabama’s Patrick Kaukovalta won his singles match by coming from behind to defeat Oklahoma’s Mason Beiler, 5-7, 6-4, 1-0 (10-8). Sam Fischer advanced via a walkover. Zhe Zhou lost his match to Princeton’s Ryan Seggerman, 6-3, 6-3.

In doubles, Kaukovalta and Roberto lost in the semifinals of the Houndstooth Draw to Princeton’s Rodriguez/Seggerman, 8-7(4). Sam Fischer and Zhe Zhou lost to Cutting/Stevenson from Memphis, 8-3.

Fischer/Zhou advanced in the last round of doubles via a walkover while Kaukovalta/Roberto defeated Miami’s Aubone/Dunlap, 8-5.
