ATLANTA – Alabama swimming and diving freshman Kensey McMahon opened the final night of the Georgia Tech Invitational in a big way, shattering the school record in the 1,650 freestyle on the way to the win at the McAuley Aquatic Center in Atlanta, on Saturday.
Alabama’s Robert Howard won the 100 freestyle in 41.94. He swam a leg on the winning 400 freestyle relay, joining Zane Waddell, Laurent Bams and Sam DiSette. Their time was 2:50.41.
