BIRMINGHAM – The University of Alabama men’s and women’s track and field teams opened the indoor season Friday with a pair of wins at the UAB Blazer Invitational at Birmingham CrossPlex.
Shelby McEwen won the men’s high jump, clearing a meet-record of 7-4.25. Alabama’s Tamar Clark set a meet record of 37.01 to win the women’s 300-meter dash.
