Two current and two former University of Alabama track and field standouts will compete for the United States in the historic head-to-head dual meet between the United States and Europe, Sept. 9-10, at the Dinamo National Olympic Stadium in Minsk, Belarus.

Alabama seniors Robert Dunning and Shelby McEwen along with Crimson Tide alums Kord Ferguson and Quanesha Burks will compete in the first track and field dual meet between the United States and Europe.

“It means a lot to compete on this stage even though it’s been a long season I can say these are the most important meets, and I’m looking forward to it,” McEwen said. “I am especially excited to be able to showcase my talents in a different country against some great competition.”
