ATHENS, Ga. – Alabama swimmers and divers totaled 11 wins over the weekend at the Bulldog Invitational in Athens, Ga., including sweeping the top spots in the men’s and women’s 50 and 100 freestyles.

Sophomore Kalia Antoniou (22.11) and senior Allie Surrency (22.36) took first and second, respectively, in the women’s 50 freestyle. It was a career-best time for Antoniou and ranks her third all-time at UA. Antoniou went on to post a 48.65 to win the women’s 100 freestyle, while Surrency was second at 49.01.

Sophomore Colton Stogner (19.57) and junior Sam DiSette (19.68), went one-two in the men’s 50 freestyle. It was a career-best time for Stogner, who also won the men’s 100 freestyle with a 42.93.
