Alabama softball is ranked No. 4 in the final national polls from the National Fastpitch Coaches Association and USA Softball.

The Crimson Tide has finished in the top-25 every season since 2000, a streak of 20 straight seasons. This year marks Alabama’s first top-five finish since 2014. Alabama posted a 60-10 record this season, the most wins of any team in Division-I softball, made its 12th Women’s College World Series appearance and won its sixth SEC regular-season title with an 18-6 conference record.

Alabama is the highest-ranked SEC team in the polls, joined in the top-10 by Florida (7/7) and LSU (10/12). In total, nine SEC programs are represented in both top-25 polls with Arkansas, Missouri and Mississippi State receiving votes outside the top-25 in at least one poll.
