University of Alabama says tickets for three home football games are sold out

With SEC Media Days in full force this week in Hoover, many University of Alabama fans have visions of football tickets dancing in their heads.

UA has seven games at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa on its 2021 schedule, and the school's athletics department website lists three of those games as already being sold out. Season ticket packages are also sold out and UA put single-game tickets for the four other games up for sale on July 1 at its website,

So unless you have a rich relative with tickets to spare, here's what you can expect to pay for admission through UA or its preferred online vendor, (Note that StubHub's prices will likely fluctuate as game day draws closer):

The big game

The annual grudge match with LSU on Nov. 6 is this season's only complete sellout at Bryant-Denny Stadium, according to UA. StubHub has end zone upper deck tickets beginning at $200, while 50-yard line seats list for more than $1,000. The last time LSU visited Tuscaloosa was 2019, when ticket prices skyrocketed as both teams came into the game with unbeaten records. LSU won a 46-41 shootout with then-President Donald Trump in attendance. That game marked the last capacity crowd at Bryant-Denny Stadium as the COVID-19 pandemic led to limited attendance for the entire 2020 season.

Marquee matchups

Ole Miss and Tennessee are listed as sold out, but a limited number of field suites are available at $575 per person for both games. The field suites include upscale amenities and seats "as close to the action as you can get without a helmet and shoulder pads," according to UA. If that's too rich for your blood, StubHub's prices for the Oct. 2 Ole Miss game range from around $100 for upper deck end zone seats to more than $650 for 50-yard line seats.

For the Oct. 23 Tennessee game, which is on the fourth Saturday in October this season, StubHub's prices begin at around $100 and rise to around $750 per ticket.

The cheap seats

UA is selling single-game tickets to the Southern Miss game on Sept. 25 for $45, while the Nov. 20 Arkansas game costs $75. The Arkansas game marks the final home game of UA's 2021 season, with the Iron Bowl set for Nov. 27 in Auburn.

Admission to the Sept. 11 Mercer game, which opens UA's home schedule, and the Nov. 13 game against Mexico State can be purchased for $25 per seat through UA.

But wait, there's more

UA is also selling tickets for the season opener against the Miami Hurricanes on Sept. 4 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. Those tickets will be in the Alabama section, with lower level and mezzanine seats priced at $250 per ticket, while upper level seats are set at $125 apiece. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m.

To purchase single-game tickets or tickets to the game against Miami, fans go to or call the UA athletic ticket office at 205-348-2262.
