Six years ago, Ashley Kidd Christenberry stepped onto the field in a shimmering red uniform, one that could only belong to a University of Alabama Crimsonette.

Now, she's getting to watch her little sister, Morgan Kidd, do the same as a freshman at Alabama.

In a viral TikTok that has almost 4 million views, Christenberry pays tribute to her sister's debut as a new Crimsonette.

The video shows clips of Morgan cheering her sister on while she was in college, visiting her on game days and supporting her from the side line.

In a January 2019 post, as Christenberry was in her senior year at Alabama, Morgan posted a gallery of pictures, saying "I pray if I work hard enough and practice that I can follow in my big sissy’s footsteps."

And indeed she is.

The moment is a reflection of love and encouragement the two sisters have for each other. Pictures of the two on their Instagrams show them walking arm-in-arm as Christenberry was decked out in the iconic uniform, her sister always nearby showing her support with a pin or a maroon-and-white outfit.

Like many young women who join the Crimonettes, Morgan comes to Alabama with experience. She performed for the Westbrook Christian Cabaret in high school.

The girl group performs synchronized twirling and dance routines for UA's football team.

No. 1 Alabama faces No. 11 Florida on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. CT.
