Alabama basketball adds top JUCO power forward to 2022 class

The busy week in Alabama men's basketball recruiting continues. 

The Crimson Tide added another commitment to its 2022 class when Nick Pringle announced his pledge to Alabama. He's rated as the No. 1 junior college power forward in the class of 2022 and the No. 2 overall JUCO player for the class, according to the 247Sports Composite. 

He's a 6-foot-9, 220-pound forward for Dodge City Community College. He also had offers from Mississippi State, Charlotte and West Virginia, among others. 

Pringle is the latest addition to the 2022 class after Alabama landed two commitments Monday.

Alabama landed five-star small forward Brandon Miller and four-star power forward Noah Clowney. The Crimson Tide also has a commitment from five-star Jaden Bradley for the 2022 class. 

247Sports ranks Alabama No. 10 in the country for its 2022 class. 

The Crimson Tide will begin its 2021-22 season at 8 p.m. on Nov. 9 at Coleman Coliseum against Louisiana Tech.
