Alabama vs. Georiga football officials, referee, umpire in 2022 CFP national championship

The Georgia Bulldogs and Alabama football teams made the trip to Indianapolis for the 2022 College Football Playoff national championship on Monday, Jan. 10. The game is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. CT/8 p.m. ET. 

Alabama, ranked No. 1 in the USA Today Sports AFCA Coaches Poll, comes into the matchup 13-1 overall. Most recently, Alabama defeated Cincinnati 27-6 in the CFP Cotton Bowl semifinal on Dec. 31. 

No. 3-ranked Georgia enters the game 13-1 overall. On Dec. 31, the UGA Bulldogs beat Michigan 34-11 in the CFP Orange Bowl semifinal. 

On Dec. 4, Alabama defeated Georgia 41-24 in the SEC Championship.
