Alabama football running back Kyle Edwards has entered the transfer portal, according to reports.

The 6-foot, 209-pound reserve did not play as a freshman in 2020.

Edwards was a three-star recruit out of Destrehan, Louisiana, and the No. 29 running back in the 247Sports Composite rankings.

He was ranked third-best of the running backs to join Alabama in the 2020 class, behind Jase McClellan and Roydell Williams.

Edwards is the second running back to transfer in the last week, along with junior Keilan Robinson.
