The Alabama Crimson Tide will face Louisiana-Monroe on Saturday.

While the Tide is expected to dominate at Bryant-Denny Stadium, the matchup is Alabama's last non-conference game until the team plays the Texas A&M Aggies in a few weeks.

This weekend can be an easy opportunity to watch stars like quarterback Bryce Young shine, and boast the team going into conference play.

Here's what our experts had to say about the Crimson Tide's matchup this week.

Alabama 45, ULM 10: It's hard to imagine Alabama not taking care of business in this one after nearly letting one slip away at Texas last week. ULM, which was drilled by the Longhorns in Week 1, will attack Alabama with athletic quarterback Chandler Rogers, who can move the chains by run or pass. The Alabama offense will have something to prove, however, after last week's showing. And ULM will be the unfortunate recipient of that rebound.

Blake Toppmeyer, SEC columnist

Alabama 52, Louisiana-Monroe 7: The Crimson Tide has a couple of weeks to address the offensive line and wide receiver deficiencies that surfaced in the one-point win against Texas before facing Arkansas to open October. The week after Alabama escaped with a narrow win at Florida last September, it drilled Southern Miss. Expect a similar outcome Saturday.

Alabama 55, ULM 7: Anybody wondering “Whatever happened to Terry Bowden?”

The second-year Warhawks coach is still the answer to a trivia question: Who was the first coach to go undefeated in his first season as a Division I coach?

Bowden went 11-0 at Auburn in 1993.
