After his recruitment exploded earlier this year, Northridge offensive lineman Wilkin Formby has narrowed his choices to five schools.

The four-star recruit is down to Alabama football, Auburn, Ole Miss, Tennessee and Oklahoma, he announced Wednesday on Twitter.

Formby is a Tuscaloosa native and the No. 151 overall prospect in the nation according to the 247Sports Composite. He has visited all five schools in 2022, most recently Alabama for its A-Day spring game.

The 6-foot-7, 295-pound tackle has 32 offers and made strides as a junior.

Of the five programs, Ole Miss was the first to offer the No. 1 offensive tackle recruit in Alabama, beating Tennessee by three months. Alabama offered Formby in January and had him on campus last summer. Oklahoma offered in February.

Northridge is also home to Alabama-offered 2024 cornerback TJ Banks. Ryan Lolley left Gordo in April to become Northridge's new coach, taking over for Mike Vickery, who left for Pelham.
