AUBURN — Alabama swimming and diving closed day one of the NCAA Zone B Championships with a pair of appearances in finals.

Robby Costine and Kevin Li both made finals off the 1-meter springboard, taking 10th with 324.25 points and 11th with 323.10 points, respectively, after prelims. Li jumped into eighth in finals, scoring 667.40 over 12 dives. Costine finished 15th in finals with 595.70 points.

Hunter Jaynes was 27th after prelims off the 1-meter springboard, scoring 251.75 points.

In the women’s 3-meter springboard, Natalie Donkle took 34th after scoring 225.75 points in prelims, while Ayanna Woods was 41st after tallying 134.55 points.

The Crimson Tide returns to action on Tuesday, with the men going off the 3-meter and the women off the 1-meter boards.
