Another Monday, another commitment for the reigning national champions. This time Alabama picked up the commitment of four-star strong-side defensive end Justin Eboigbe.

“I also would like to thank all the coaches who took time to visit Forest Park High School, who hasn’t had a football player go to a Division 1 school since Hines Ward,” Eboigbe said via Twitter. “With that said, I am 100 percent committed to the University of Alabama.”

Eboigbe is the No. 11-ranked strong-side defensive end for the 2019 class and the No. 12 prospect in the state of Georgia. The Forest Park, Georgia, product checks in at 6-foot-4 and 263 pounds. 247Sports.com had a 50/50 split decision between SEC foes Georgia and Auburn for where Eboigbe would be committing before he ultimately committed to Alabama.

Alabama made Eboigbe an offer in February, and he took an unofficial visit to Tuscaloosa last Monday before deciding to commit a week later.

Alabama, looking to replenish all of the former stars it has lost to the NFL the past two years, continues to recruit heavily on the defensive side. The four-star Eboigbe is the ninth defensive commitment in the 2019 class and the 21st over the past two recruiting cycles.
