CLEMSON, S.C. – The Alabama track and field teams closed out the Bob Pollock Invitational in Clemson, S.C., with a trio of wins Saturday, bumping its two-day total to seven wins to go with 26 top-eight finishes.
Bobby Colantonio Jr. took top honors in the men’s weight throw (69-06.75). Kwemoi Ndiwa also earned a victory, taking first in the men’s 600 meters (1:20.06).
The Crimson Tide finished one-two in the women’s 4×400-meter relay with Daija Lampkin, Takyera Roberson, Tamara Clark and Mauricia Prieto getting the win (3:38.24). D’Jai Baker, Katie Funcheon, Natassha McDonald and Symone Darius finished second (3:39.97).
